We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Consultant to join our team.

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via emails, calls and chats. You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support via multiple channels
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams for resolution
  • Document customer interactions and improve processes

Requirements:

  • Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer support in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical support
  • Personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection
