Job Opportunity

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Support Assistant to provide on-site operational and IT support at our local office.

This is a freelance, on-demand role, not full-time. Tasks will be scheduled based on your availability and our operational needs. Assignments may vary in frequency, and there could be weeks without any scheduled appointments.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Shipment Assistance: Prepare incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation.
  • Track deliveries, confirm receipt, and follow up with carriers.
  • Inventory & Asset Management:
    • Perform regular inventory checks of IT equipment, hardware, and office supplies.
    • Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies or restocking needs.
  • On-Site IT Support:
    • Provide basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
    • Assist with server resets, cabling, power cycles, and general maintenance tasks.
    • Coordinate with remote IT teams for guided interventions.
    • Ensure proper operation of network equipment, printers, and workstations.
  • General Office Support:
    • Act as the on-site contact for pre-scheduled support requests.
    • Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and coordination.
    • Communicate clearly about task status and any operational issues.
Requirements
  • Energetic and proactive mindset.
  • Basic IT knowledge including hardware setup, cabling, server environments, and troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility and availability for on-demand weekday support.
  • Proximity to Regus Zagreb City Centre, Hektorovićeva ulica 2, Zagreb.
  • Experience in logistics, admin, or IT support is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and reliability.
