Brand Manager Job Opportunity

Seeking a Brand Manager to lead the feminine care market in Adriatic countries. This role involves adapting global initiatives into 360° marketing plans and ensuring Libresse's constant growth in the respective markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape and communicate company vision & mission, translating brand elements into effective market strategies.
  • Develop and execute Go-to-Marketing plans for Libresse brand/channel/product, aligning with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies.
  • Manage product launch processes, maintaining records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs, analyzing them against forecasts.
  • Collaborate with external agencies (Digital, Design, Media, PR) to ensure high performance and engagement with the brand.
  • Collect and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • University or college degree in Economics/Marketing.
  • Min 3-5 years of proven successful experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Solid marketing knowledge (brand and consumer, 7Ps analysis, market data analysis, digital savvy).
  • Experience in project management, driving initiatives via collaboration in a matrix organization.
  • Deep understanding and usage of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads/Search Console).
  • Passionate for results, excellent communication and relationship skills, team player.
  • Problem solving oriented, good organizational skills, ability to pay attention to details.
