  • Organize skill-improving training sessions based on assessments
  • Support recruitment and HR teams in selecting Supply Chain Trainees
  • Collaborate with supply chain departments for regional employee development programs
  • Oversee employee progress, provide reports, and manage training budgets

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or University degree
  • 2-4 years of relevant learning and development experience
  • Skilled in assessing educational needs and conducting trainings
  • Experience in budget monitoring
  • Strong written and oral communication abilities
  • Ability to build relationships within the team and organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office and English
  • Driver's license (preferred)
